So after receiving and setting up my machine yesterday I thought I'd come on to share my experience, and it's pretty impressive after 1 day. Firstly I wanted to focus on a few areas of constant pain with me. Now when I say constant I don't mean major, but pain in a few areas that just wouldn't shift for many years. My two shoulders, mainly the right, my hips and my lower back. I focused on the lower back until it was burning then went up to my shoulders knowing that the right one has given me the most trouble for 20+ years. I felt the burn right where the pain was focused almost right away, but I was adamant to bite my teeth and take as much pain as I could. That's what I did. In fact, it was so intense, I was left really red with a blister exactly at the source of the pain I'd had for years. It may have been tough but it felt good knowing I was finally able to put this right. When it got too intense I moved back to my lower back for awhile where the burn was still basically active from before. I pushed through for a bit before checking my ankles that had given me a lot of trouble in the past but not less so lately. There was no burning at all after leaving it there for a good few minutes which clearly indicated to me it was only the areas giving me pain and needing work that where burning. After about a half an hour, I noticed all my problematic areas of pain had basically gone. I was pretty impressed. I noticed a blister had formed at my worst point on my right shoulder but it was like a confirmation that I had pushed through as much as I could’ve. It wasn't painful by the way, just like a numb lump. I knew the real confirmation would be getting out of bed in the morning, and I got it this morning. Just a slight feeling in my lower back that I wouldn't even call a pain. Another session or two and I'll be back at the gym full steam ahead for the first time ever 😎 I had dinner, filled the bath with a lot of Epsom salts and charged the water. I got in for around an hour while listening to my ayahuasca music and it was really relaxing. Time seemed to pass so quickly. I used my snorkel tube so I could keep my whole head totally submerged and I was very surprised at how easy it was to keep my eyes open the whole time, especially with so much salts it the water. It was just as easy as opening them out of the water, it felt so natural. So after the bath I felt so relaxed and decided it was a perfect time to meditate with my Rapeh. I could already see what Jeff's means about the meditative flow state as when I was meditating my breathing had improved so much. I would normally be in a bit of a panic-breather due to a couple of traumatic near death choking incidents when I was young (I assume). Anyway I could breath so slow and so deep and hold my breath for as long as I wanted so easily, I was taken aback at how noticeable this was. This problem has always held me back at swimming as I get out of breath a lot when breathing out under water when I don't get out of breath at all if I breath out with my head turned to the side and mouth out of the water (definitely trauma related as if doesn't make sense otherwise). So all in all I had a pretty impressive first day which I am so happy about. I did get the machine for my son and it was a bit of a challenge to get him to try it, but I managed to do so and he relaxed a lot once he gave it a go. He has ADHD and its hard to get through to him sometimes, constantly worrying about the what ifs. He's now asking how do I know there's no long term damage but I hope that after a few sessions the machine, he will put that doubt constantly present in his head to bed. It's been a long wait but well worth it already. Thanks team 🙏
Living with chronic pain can feel like carrying a heavy burden that never lightens. For over two decades, this TZLA member struggled with persistent shoulder pain, particularly in the right shoulder, along with discomfort in the hips and lower back. But what made this story even more challenging was the breathing difficulties stemming from past trauma, which affected everything from meditation to swimming.
In just one remarkable day with plasma technology, this member's life took an unexpected turn. Focusing the device on problematic areas until feeling the therapeutic burn, they experienced almost immediate relief from years of persistent pain. The transformation didn't stop there - their breathing improved dramatically, enabling deeper meditation and relaxation.
The story extends beyond personal healing, as this member also introduced the technology to their son who has ADHD, marking the beginning of what could be another transformative journey.
