Back to Push‑Ups After 7 Years — A Member’s Report

I’m 58, and my work has always been physical. About seven years ago my right shoulder started giving me problems. I babied it. I waited. It didn’t get better. I watched co‑workers go in for shoulder operations and come out with less range of motion. Some didn’t make it back to work at all. I wanted to avoid that path if I could, so I just learned to live with the pain. Any workout that involved my shoulder wasn’t really possible without aggravating it.
A month ago, I got my TZLA Machine. I decided to put it to the test right away.
At first it was simple: try the thing I hadn’t been able to do for years. Push‑ups.

“Workouts that involved my shoulder weren’t really possible without aggravating the problem.”

The first sets were cautious. Then they got easier. Yesterday, while walking my dog, I just kept stopping and dropping. Sets of 34 to 40 at a time. I lost count along the way, but by the end of the walk it was around 250 push‑ups in one day.
I even threw the stick for my dog with the same “bad” shoulder. No flare‑up.

“Certainly glad to have the TZLA—probably at the very least saved me a shoulder operation.”
