Last Wednesday night I thought I'd just tweaked a muscle at the gym. It was in my forearm and didn't feel too bad. During the night I woke up several times in a lot of pan. Could not even bend my arm to touch my nose. My wife is a physio so in the morning I got her to assess the injury. She diagnosed it as a torn stensorcarpiradiarlis. I couldn't use it for anything without pain. She told me I wouldn't be lifting in the gym for 2-4 weeks. She strapped it and I headed off to our country property for the night to get a few things done. I couldn't even reach across to put my seatbelt on or touch my nose. Very painful (and I'm very pain tolerant). That night I got on the TZLA for 30 minutes. Woke up in the morning and did another thirty. Driving back home Friday (two Hours) there was pain but nowhere near as bad as the day before. I put the TZLA to it again that night and then again Saturday morning. The pain on Saturday morning was there in one particular point and I had mild pain through the forearm but was doing all the usual movements and activities without much trouble. Two mates came to train at my home gym 10am Saturday. I deadlifted sets of 180kg for multiple reps no problem. I TZLAd again after the workout. By that night I had absolutely no pain at all. And haven't since. My wife and her business partner were amazed. The next day my TZLA stopped working but the pain has not returned and I've trained three times in the gym with no pain. I went from looking at up to a month with limited or no training to not missing a day. So I'm pretty fucking happy.
Picture this: A dedicated gym enthusiast faced a devastating setback when a severe forearm tear left them unable to perform even the simplest tasks. The pain was so intense they couldn't touch their nose or fasten their seatbelt, and a physiotherapist's diagnosis suggested a dreary 2-4 week recovery period. But everything changed when they discovered TZLA therapy.
Through a series of strategic TZLA sessions, what happened next was nothing short of remarkable. Within days, they progressed from debilitating pain to deadlifting an impressive 180kg for multiple repetitions.
This isn't just another recovery story – it's a testament to the power of TZLA therapy, which enabled them to completely eliminate the pain and return to training without missing a single day. Sometimes, the most extraordinary transformations happen when we least expect them.
